You probably already own a blender, a bag of spinach and a phone full of saved smoothie recipes, and yet you are still reading pages like this one. The health coach behind The Smoothie Diet says that is because recipes were never the secret: in the vendor's own words, the secret is a schedule.

What The Smoothie Diet actually is
The Smoothie Diet is a 21-day weight loss program written by a health coach and sold through ClickBank. The idea is simple: you replace certain meals with smoothies from the recipes provided, in the order the plan gives you. Access arrives within minutes of buying, and the official sales page currently shows $27, down from $47, an instant $20 off that the vendor labels as ending soon.

That is the short answer. The longer one is more useful, and it starts with a very ordinary week in a very ordinary kitchen.
The week the blender went back in the cupboard
Picture it. On Monday you blend something green you saved from a video, and it is fine. On Tuesday you make the same thing, because it is the only one you know. On Wednesday you skip it, because the spinach ran out and nobody wrote a shopping list. By Saturday the blender is back behind the toaster, and the story you tell yourself is that you have no willpower.
Look again at that week. Nobody told you what to drink on day 2, how often, or what should change in week 2. You had recipes. You did not have a schedule. If you have ever given up after a few days, ask yourself which of those three questions you had no answer to.

The one idea this page is about: sequence beats recipes
The sales page puts it bluntly: “This Is NOT just a big book of smoothie recipes.” According to the vendor, the secret is the Custom 3-Week Weight Loss Schedule. All the smoothies are given in a very specific sequence and frequency, and the nutrient and ingredient ratios vary from week to week, which the vendor says is meant to keep the weight coming off and keep it off.
Your job, as the author describes it, is to replace certain meals with the smoothie recipes provided and follow the order. Everything is laid out step by step, so there is nothing to decide at 7 a.m. with the fridge door open.
Keep one question in mind as you read on. There is one item in this package that the author calls “easily worth the price of the whole program”, and it is not the 21-day plan. I will come back to it below, because it changes where you should start.

What $27 actually buys you
Here is what the sales page lists, starting with the core:
- The full 21-day weight loss and health improvement program, which the author says is the same one used with private coaching clients.
- Over 36 meal-replacement smoothie recipes.
- A shopping list for each week.
- A smoothie making tips and prep guide, meant to remove trial and error and cut your time in the kitchen.
- Bonus #1: The 3-Day Smoothie Detox.
- Bonus #2: A Quick-Start Guide you can print and use right away.
The vendor also calls the plan extremely flexible. The program runs 21 days, but the guide explains how to keep using it for as long as you want. The sales page says it will work whether you need to lose the last 5 to 10 pounds or 40 pounds or more, and it lists more energy, clearer skin, better sleep, sharper thinking and stabilized blood sugar among the benefits. Those are the vendor's promises, not ours.

The proof on the page, and the four words under it
The sales page names three customers. Danielle, from Houston, Texas, is quoted as losing 8 pounds in 1 week. Sarah, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, is quoted as dropping 3 pounds in 3 days, and calls the plan “the perfect complement to my busy lifestyle”. Jade, from Buffalo, New York, is quoted as losing 12 pounds in 21 days, after writing: “I’ve been trying forever to lose the last 10-15 lbs.”
Under every one of those stories, the page prints the same four words: Your results may vary. Take that line as seriously as the numbers. These are testimonials chosen by the vendor, not a clinical study, and nobody can promise what your own scale will say. If you want to judge them for yourself, the full stories are on the official sales page, in the customers' own words.
The bonus the vendor says is worth the whole price
Here is the item I promised to come back to. It is Bonus #1, the 3-Day Smoothie Detox, and the author says it is “easily worth the price of the whole program”. It is designed to be done before the 21-day plan, to clear out the “cobwebs” and get your body ready, and it can be reused any time you go off track, like after the holidays.

The vendor lists 3 days of 3 specially designed meal-replacement detox smoothie recipes, a complete shopping list and a choice of 2 recipe options. One of the author's clients, according to the sales page, lost 3 pounds in 3 days with it, again with the note that your results may vary. The word detox is everywhere in this market, from this bonus to products like Apple Cider Vinegar Detox, so judge this one by what is inside it, not by the label.
Here is why it changes where you start. Twenty-one days can feel like a mountain. Three days is Friday to Sunday. If that week in the kitchen sounds like yours, the detox gives you a small, finished win before the bigger schedule begins, and the Quick-Start Guide (a printable, condensed version with the 3-week schedule, shopping lists, prep guide and recipes) means you do not have to read the full guide before day one.

Who should buy it, and who should not
This is for you if you already like smoothies but keep stalling after a few days, if you want someone else to decide what goes in the glass and when, and if a shopping list on your fridge sounds like relief rather than homework.
It is probably not for you if you do not want to blend anything at all. If you would rather eat from a bowl than drink from a glass, our page on the 14-Day Rapid Soup Diet is worth a look, and if a kitchen routine is not your thing, the LeanBiome and Java Burn 2.0 pages take a very different road. And if you live with diabetes or any other medical condition, talk to your doctor before you replace meals with anything.
The page shows $27 today instead of $47, and the vendor says that $20 discount is ending soon. Start with the 3 days if 21 feels like too much, and get The Smoothie Diet schedule while it is still $27, because you were never short on willpower, you were short on a plan that tells you exactly what goes in the glass tomorrow morning.
